Where I Began

I have used complementary & holistic therapy to support my own health for many years & after recovering from my own debilitating health issues, I left the corporate world & qualified as a therapist in 2005.

My journey in therapy has continued, grown & enabled me to help hundreds of people, young & old, using a full range of touch based therapies in my purpose built therapy room here at High-Cliffe.

Over a decade of experiences, qualifications & advanced workshops have given me the opportunity to use my full toolbox of skills to tailor every treatment individually at each visit.
